Shon leads the financial operations at Circon, drawing on more than 26 years of financial management experience in the energy and mining industries.

Before joining Circon, Shon was responsible for the divestiture of $4.5 billion in assets across Mozambique, South Africa, and Ghana while at Occidental Petroleum. In an earlier role at Anadarko Petroleum, Shon developed the financial and fiscal provisions of that company’s $27 billion LNG project in Mozambique. 

Starting his career with KPMG, Mr. Conley went on to hold tax and finance roles with various international mining companies.  He earned a Masters of the Law from the University of Miami, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa, College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.

Shon and his wife have four children and have happily sponsored countless other children through Compassion International. He also enjoys outdoor time camping, hiking, and kayaking.
