Leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial and legal background, Jason serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Circon Energy LLC where he oversees the communication and execution of strategic initiatives across the company’s expanding global presence. His efforts ensure that business development, corporate structure, capitalization, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and special projects align seamlessly with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.

In recognition of the growing global emphasis on sustainability and decarbonization, Jason co-founded Net Zero Holdings, LLC, a leading provider of innovative solutions for achieving net-zero objectives. He also serves as Special Advisor to the CEO of Carbon Advisors, a global technology company that offers groundbreaking geo-spatial intelligence platforms for carbon ecosystems.

Prior to joining Circon, Jason was a partner in a global law firm where he was a member of the private equity and merger and acquisition group. Within the firm, he served on the executive committee and managed the firm’s Houston office.

Beyond his legal career, Jason founded and served as CEO of a multistate logistic company. Additionally, he provides valuable guidance to entrepreneurs through board advisory roles assisting them with operations, funding, growth, and exit strategies.

Jason holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Montana. Jason is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.
