Leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial and legal background, Jason is responsible for the communication and execution of strategic initiatives across Circon’s developing global landscape.  His efforts ensure corporate structure, capitalization, M&A, strategic partnerships, and special projects align with vision and strategy.

Recognizing a need for global emphasis on sustainability and decarbonization, Jason co-founded Net Zero, LLC. He also serves as Special Advisor to the CEO of Carbon Advisors, which provides groundbreaking geo-spatial intelligence platforms for carbon ecosystems.

Prior to joining Circon, Jason was a Partner in the private equity/merger and acquisition group of a global law firm. His responsibilities included serving on that firm’s executive committee and overseeing operations at their Houston office.

In addition to his law career, Jason founded and serves as the CEO of a multistate transportation and logistics company and assists entrepreneurs through board advisory roles during early-stage development, funding, growth, and exit strategies for business ventures.

Jason earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from South Texas College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Montana.

Jason enjoys travel and spending time with his wife Lisa. He is also an avid golfer and serves as Vice President and Board Member of The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, Texas.
