The trademarks, logos, and brands of Circon and its subsidiaries and affiliate companies (collectively, “Circon” or the “Company”) are Circon’s intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of the Company. The Circontrademarks and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on this Site are the trademarks of Circon in the U.S. and/or other countries. 

How to Refer to Circon Trademarks

You may use Circon Trademarks only to refer to the products and services of Circon and only so long as such references are truthful, fair, and comply with this Guide.  The following trademark ownership signature line should be included in any document or article containing an Circon mark:  “Circon® [or other Circon mark(s) referenced] is a registered trademark of Circon Energy LLC”

Prohibited Uses

Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting by any means and in any form any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the express written consent of Circon or such third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Circon will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

You may not incorporate the Circon Trademarks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names and may not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to the Circon Trademarks. You may not use the Circon Trademarks to suggest or imply that your business, product, services are endorsed by or otherwise affiliated with Circon. You may not use the Circon Trademarks in the name of your social media account or domain name. You may not alter or distort the Circon Trademarks or combine them with other words, images or designs or incorporate them into a tagline or slogan.

Licensees

If you are a Licensee of any Circon Trademarks, your license agreement may have special trademark usage guidelines that you are required to follow.
